Executive
Producer
Ron Miller is the executive
producer on "Tron." Miller started at Disney in 1954 as a second
assistant director and a dozen years later became the studio's
executive producer.
In 1980, he was elected president and chief operating officer of
Walt Disney Productions. In addition to his other duties, he
supervises all film and TV production and is a member of the board
of directors and the executive committee.
Miller was an associate producer on the Sunday night TV show and on
several features before becoming a co-producer. His first movie with
full producer credit was "Never a Dull Moment." A succession of
films followed, the most recent of which include: "The Rescuers,"
"The North Avenue Irregulars," "The Black Hole" and "The Fox and the
