I'm sorta new myself, but I'm not nearly as posted as others, so they can explain if they want to. but really I sugguest you read some other topics if you want to learn how to fight. however, as interesting as one-on-one's are, also just jumping in on the action is fun! (see the EXTREME DISC topic) but the main thing I would sugguest is try to keep everything in continuity (e.g., someone derezzes you or throws a disc st you and you ignore it) and remember: the point is to have fun!
