If you're at the "Exceptions" tab and clicked on the "Add program" button, on the dialog that pops up you'll see a button called "Browse". Click that, then click the Computer icon on the left.

Now you can navigate to "C:\Program Files\Buena Vista Interactive\Tron 2.0\Lithtech.exe". You want Lithtech.exe, not Tron.exe. TRONSrv.exe will be in the same location as Lithtech.exe. That is, if you installed the game to the default location.
