Disney has just released these official concept images of the new Test Track refurbishment..

I am kinda thrown off as to why they won't just throw the TRON name on it.. I mean it is so BLATANTLY obvious as to what its based on..

I remember riding Test Track way back in 2000. Good memories.

I'm liking the concept art direction, but part of the appeal for the original Test Track ride was that it felt like you were in an actual car manufacturer test track, hence the name, lol.

I guess you could say this is a way of fitting the ride into Epcot's "Future World" theme.
