and asked myself:"Programm,do you know this guy?"

He wasn't in the movie as far as I know.So he has to be an actor for the screentests...

That's Walter Cronkite, he was a famous American reporter on television. Nope, he wasn't in the film. That picture was just done for publicity purposes. But if I remember right, he was involved in some kind of TV special about the film Tron.
