Unfortunatly, they do not let non-US residents pre-order.

Ah Shoot. I would have preordered onemyself. Oh well. I might get my uncle from NYC to bring one down for me when he comes for his summer vacation.

I'll just wait for the game to show up in a local store. The only way I'd "pre-order", is if I can make a down payment at a store, and then pay the rest when I pick it up.
Because usually, the game shows up in the store first, before your pre-order arrives in the mail. 
Meanwhile, here's hoping the demo comes out BEFORE the game, so we can all get a glimpse of what's to come.
