I didn't know there were 20th Anniversary figures, too.. 
EDIT: I just realized that the first pic was of a 20th Anniversary toy, lol.

There's actually two sets of re-released action figures, the one's with the 20th anniversary packaging, and ones with the original packaging from 82. The ones with the old-school packaging are a bit more rare.

the originals are pretty rare to come by but they do pop up every once in a while on ebay. they are usually open though and not on the card (bummer). my wife got me an open original at a local vintage toy store and paid through the nose for it. the neca versions are definantly a good substitiue if you aren't a hardcore collector :-)
