Looks like you can pre-order the game.
Plus there's Classic!Tron shirts, and a Mickey figurine in program gear.

The pre-order page on Amazon.com for the book (which is 32 pages long, and therefore likely a comic) says "Ages 4-8."
I didn't think they were gonna market this movie to kids that young - with the whole "grimmer & grittier" thing going, I assumed they were aiming for a PG or PG-13 rating.
Is there a law against texting while light-cycling?
