Hi All
Found this forum through google, and was hoping someone here might be able to help me.
I've been trying to track down the deluxe identity discs in shops here in England - but no one seems to have them in stock.
I have spoken to spinmaster who manufacture the toys - and they stated they should be available at all good retailers.
Is there anyone else in the UK that has managed to find them?
Only other option for me is importing via ebay, but they're going for silly money - and the shipping costs are very high.

I got my two Sam deluxe discs from the online UK Disney store, my small town has just about nothing in terms of Tron stuff and the nearest Disney stores are 15 & 30 miles away. As for the Rinzler & Kevin deluxe discs - eBay US is about the only place to get them.
I'm suprised ToysRUs don't even have anything Tron related except for the console game.

and it's unbelievably expensive. 
well, i lost all my hope to track down the identity disk. I just hope to have a quorra core figure now. That's all i want.

Rip-off Britain strikes again, we're still getting charged as if $1=£1
My first Rinzler deluxe disc arrived 20 minutes ago though  managed to get it for about the same price as one of my Sam discs. I'm not looking forward to shelling out on a Kevin disc (or two) which is why I'm going to try and limit myself on collecting the new Tron stuff - it's just too flaming expensive here in the UK.

Unfortunetly I don't think the toys will ever be coming to Toys R Us UK. I've been trying them for months and they don't even have the toys on their shipping lists.

Looking at the shelf space they devoted to Tron in the Disney store I went to - 4 small shelves with a little more stock in the back presumably and very little range of stuff - it's not suprising ToysRUs aren't stocking them, in contrast the Toy Story & Winnie The Pooh etc. merchandise is practically falling out of the store.
Tron is too geeky for young kids who can pressure their parents to buy them toys.

Ditto, with all the good Tron merch you guys are getting over there, you shouldn't have a problem making quite a nice deal for yourself. I have access to at least one Rinzler disc and a plethora of Quorra figures if anyone in the UK can get a 12" pull-back cycle or the Recogniser set, as I'm sure any US collector will. abortion pills online abortion questions cytotec abortion

Yeah, like others have said... if you can pick up of the UK Recognisers to trade, I can find just about anything you are looking for...

I'd certainly be willing to trade identity discs for a UK recongiser. I actually have a spare white disc (Kevin) at the moment and I could probably find another orange (Rinzler) given a week or so of searching.
Anyone in the UK who's interested, just let me know.

I can offer some more info on this for UK fans
I live in Hampshire and have been having the same problem. I went to a good shop called 'Forbidden Planet' in Southampton today and they had a throwable sam disc but it is cheap looking. They had a few posters a t-shirt and one or two figures but that is it. The guy in the shop said it is really hard to get hold of Tron merch in the UK and mentioned that Toys R Us simply don't sell any.
I did visit the small disney store and bought a Flynn light cycle adn they also had the Recogniser set and a few of the smaller figures but again not much
I will try and get to the 'Forbidden Planet' larger London store but I am not holding up any hopes.

I called in at Forbidden planet in southampton yesterday actually - I agree, poor selection.
I did however pick up a Rinzler action figure, Recogniser Die cast and Flynn's cycle from the disney store.
Nearly picked up a CLU, Flynn and Sam figure aswell, but at £8 each, they can go spit.

Went back to the disney store in Southampton today - all TRON merchandise has been taken off the shelves

That's bad, it's as if Disney aren't happy with owning Tron.
When I went to the Cheltenham store last Wednesday they had one of the small free-standing shelving units completely devoted to Tron stuff and it didn't look like it was selling well (or they keep refilling the shelves after every sale), which was more than the Cribbs Causeway store.
But their other products like Toy Story - you can't go into almost any gift / toy store without wading through that merchandise, even the 99p store has tons of the stuff.
The only Tron merchandise I can see myself buying in the near future are the 3 different Deluxe Light Cycles and the Light Runner, and a poster - it's just too expensive to collect all the figures etc. when the small figures are £8, the good figures are £15 each and the 12" Sam is £40.
Oh yeah and whilst I'm in a complain-about-Disney mood, I dropped £130 in their till last week and they still had the cheek to charge me 5p per carrier bag.where to buy abortion pill abortion types buy abortion pill online
