Greetings Programs!
It's been a long time, and I am surprised no one is discussing the new movie here!
Well, I suppose that this place is more like a ghost sector these days... We need some programs to haunt this place...!
To those of you still around, though, how do we feel about the new movie? I personally am giving it somewhere between a 3.8 and a 4, out of 5. It's not what was wanted of a continuation by the fandom by any means. It passes as a spinoff at the very least, and gives us a lot of world building. Leto wasn't insufferable either, in my opinion. It's mainly being docked points for generally not having most of the previous cast in it, among other gripes I have with it that I may get into at another time. I just wanted to see if anyone here has specific opinions or feelings about it that they would like to share.
Furthermore, if you haven't seen it, I implore you to give it a try in theaters. If not for the new things, then for all the past TRON happenings that they do reference in the movie. Bruce has even said he wants us to see it, to give it a try... So I think we should. For the franchise to stay alive.
