I noticed that Digital Domain has an ad for 3d artists to apply for work on....

So it looks like the work is beginning.

Dang, wouldn't that be cool to have a member here join the development team! 
Of course, then again, they'd probably put tons of restrictions upon what you could and couldn't say here, so kind of a Win/Lose situation there.

Yeah even if I did join that I would be under an NDA (non-disclosure agreement) which basically says that if I even blink morse code about stuff I have seen or worked on I would be fed to hungry sharks off Venice Beach.

A bit off topic here, but I just watched the trailer for 2012, and it uses the music that was used in a trailer for The Shining, which I thought was pretty cool, because that music was originally done by Wendy Carlos, who did the soundtrack for TRON!
