If the mod is available anywhere, it's not because it's been released by anyone on the team. It would have to be distributed by someone who downloaded it when it first became available.
The new version is still being worked on, and we'll have some kind of update to show everyone in the next couple of months.
Because the mod isn't generally available, no one is currently hosting it. And it would probably be best if it remained that way for the time being.
