Me too. Funny someone is selling a Rinzler Redeemed figure on Ebay. I wonder if they have it on hand or were planning on selling one from the Disney Store?

I am suspicious not to say this person isn't honest. The figure is the very stock image as above, no actual packaged figure.

I was thinking just how much this figure improves by simply painting the fingers. It may look like a simple thing, but Sam looks less cheap with that application on.
¿Do you guys think Spin Master would offer classic Tron inspired figures if this line mantains a good sales record?

Hello, long time lurker, first time poster.
Just made the account to let you guys know that they are, in fact, only shipping the standard black and orange Rinzler and not a white accented "Redeemed" Rinzler figure. I just got mine today, and will be sending it back to Walt tomorrow.

Yup, same here. Got mine in today and none of them are different. I have heard that the series 2 figures have better paint apps, but I'm not seeing it. They look EXACTLY the same. The only one that was different was Clu, who is more orange now and less yellow. That is to say it looks like they just painted orange over the yellow. So, yeah, these are going back. I just wonder what was up with those pictures. False advertisement if you ask me. Even the Sam figure was a let down. No painted fingers or anything. Just the same as series 1. Exactly the same. not to happy with the disneystore.com right now. Spent forever on the phone arguring about how the items I got were not the ones pictured, and how do i send them back.

That's odd. They had no problem with me returning mine. Of course, I didn't call them, I just used e-mail. Fortunately I ordered mine through Amazon.
Amazon "does not play" if you file a claim for wrong product.

I was given no hassle. In fact, they refunded the money and asked that I donate the toys to the charity of my choice, which I think is a wonderful idea!

I want to stay positive, but other than Bakugan, Spin Master doesn't really cater all that much to collectors.

Yes.
I'd like to elaborate on one really cool aspect of that character/figure, it's his glow in the dark cane. It's a unique item in Tron Legacy, and it also harkens back to the original Warrior glow stick. I want that toy for several reasons but for his glow in the dark cane mostly.

I've been looking at the Spin Master website which I would think is the "source". They don't list anything from Series 2 let alone a Series 3. All they show is the Series 1 figures and vehicles. The only place I saw a series 2 is the back on the box of a One-man Light Jet that I saw at a local Target. It shows Quorra, Jarvis, and Castor. I bought Quorra and Jarvis at the Disney store online as I haven't seen any trace of them at my local stores. The Castor figure is not listed at the Disney store which is a good indication that it has not been released. At all the local stores, the Tron Legacy line is on clearance sale. If it didn't sell well, the stores may not order Series 2 items. So far I have all the Series 1 core figures and the Light Runner. I will consider the 7" Deluxe figures since they are only four.
