it's a gamers worst nightmare
getting stuck at a part D:

i think i'm at chapter 6 where

SPOILERS

kevin flynn orders us to get back quorra,
i'm at the part where we see clu with quorra

he orders grenade variants to anon and we have to fight them,
here's my problem --- i cannot kill the grenade variant hostiles !

i've tried everything from corruption to bomb, heavy to statis

i just can't do anything about these guys - i'm playing on hard,
and as soon as you get caught in their grenades - you'll die instantly

it's getting really frustrating

what are these guys weakness ?

I can run away from these guys no problem,
but he only way I can hurt them is get real close...
and when I get real close, I'll get caught in their grenades

You're going to have to switch between your disc mods in order to beat them. The best strategy is to hit them with the Stasis disc, then ground slam with your Heavy disc (maybe your Bomb disc). Heavy disc works best, and the Bomb disc usually doesn't do as much damage. But, that's how I beat them. Plus you have to RUN. Constantly. Hit them with the combo I mentioned, then run away. Refill your energy, refill your health, then repeat. It's a long process, but it's how you're going to beat them.
