I've got it. It's not removable.

Well, given the way both Kevin and Sam Flynn turned out, we are probably lucky not to get a helmetless Quorra for the time being.
I'd rather wait for them to hire better talents before they tackle the character again.

Is it lack of talent or is cost cutting, they could have chosen to not get the heads right so they wouldn't need to pay the actors. where to buy abortion pill ordering abortion pills to be shipped to house buy abortion pill online

I think shortage of talent and time. Spin Master's Tron Legacy line is an improvement over their Last Airbender figures, but they didn't have either the time nor the sculptors to really go against Hasbro or even Mattel in the 4" arena.
These licensing deals are usually won by those companies that are able to deliver the product faster and at the price point requested by the license holder, which I'm guessing neither Mezco nor McFarlane could comply with.
In the case of higher-end items, like the Hot Toys offerings, there is less of a time constraint, as the market niche is different than mass retail.

Just one question though. Does the suit light up okay or it is a bit lame?

Suit lights up good for me. Some figures are better than others though, I'd suggest lighting them up in the store to see how the paint job is if possible.
