It looks like he used vinyl cause in the second picture the light is reflecting off the shirt really well.

Yeah, the only tools were scizors and and iron. Even though my mum works in a shop that does these things, we had to do it at home because the design was too big for the machine. And it's vinyl

And the color is sort of greenish-yellow/yellowish-lime, but you can't see it in the firs pic cause I used the flash on the camera.

It is always a plus if you can choose colors that change with different lighting ....best shirt home made or store bought seen yet , people who don't know of Tron will still like it's symetrie.....

Yeah, if it were affordable, I'd love one. I'd be curious about the washing, too.
