I'm very interested to find out what Co. makes the UK Exclusives.
I spoke to Spin Master US, but it's a mystery to them and haven't
heard of the Light Cycle Pullback toy or the Recognizer. I also
checked with Disney US and Disney UK, they have no idea!
I know there is a Spin Master UK though.

I believe spinmaster probably had a hand in it but due to either contractual duties or the right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing, you can't get a straight answer.
I would say the best lead is probably on the shipping box some people have.

From the markings on the toys and the cardboard box the Recognisers are packed in, my thinking goes towards a 3rd party company that Disney especially commissioned to make them.
Every toy only has the writing "(c) Disney" on them, not even a "Made in China" or any of the FCC type text printed on the deluxe identity discs & deluxe Light Cycles.
None of Spin Masters Clu Light Cycles have the correct horizontal front lights, Clu's miniature Light Cycle with the Recogniser set has the correct front lights.

Whats the quality of the die cast vehicles you get with the Recogniser compared to the Spin Master ones? Or are they die cast?
