Anybody still waiting for their stuff from Glitch? It's been a month and I'm still waiting for my pullback lightcycle. I'm beginning to think it won't show up at all.

As far as I know I'm the only person who has gotten a cycle from Glitch. As far as I know, I was also the first one mailed out, and mine didn't get here until Monday. They should be trickling out pretty soon, but I'm not sure of the schedule that Glitch sent them out on.

You can see the postage dates for the Light Cycles I sent out in the link in my sig, if the postage time sticks to the 4 weeks that I've seen with DevRevenge for his Light Cycle I posted and the Recogniser TronWarrior received from someone else (god knows how the post office allowed a Recogniser to be posted by Small Packet rate - it's physically too big for that service) then Light Cycles should be turning up at the end of this week / early next week.

BTW, I noticed JediTray has removed himself from the forum, including all his posts. Wonder why he did that.

Weird. He PM'd me earlier this morning. Guess his diabetes got out of control again.

Hopefully it shows up by the end of the week or early next week. I'm really getting nervous because I ordered a CD from a well-known online retailer a month ago and it never showed up. I contacted them for a replacement that was sent a week ago and it still hasn't showed up. What the hell is going on with USPS? They keep raising their rates and can't deliver? WTF?

The CD you ordered, was it within your own country?

Royal Mail here in the UK has deteriorated badly over the past 5 years, there was a time when mail regularly arrived before 9am (even when it was posted at 6pm the previous day, right across the country), and sometimes a 2nd delivery would happen later in the day, now we only get one delivery sometime around lunchtime, the prices have gone steadily up, the delivery times are often longer and the quality of service has gone steadily down.

Courier services are now one of the only ways to guarantee a piece of mail arrives the next day, in the morning.

Yeah just two states away. I order from them all the time. Usually takes 2-3 days. I think I read somewhere that USPS was proposing to reduce delivery days from 6 days a week down to like 3 or 4 days to reduce operational expenses or something. Not sure if this will pass. I did hear that Saturday delivery will probably go away. My driver is pretty cool. He always looks out for my packages and will even sign for me if I'm not home so I don't have to make an extra trip to the post office. Had a mix up a few weeks ago where I got a notice of a parcel (my Tron poster from Disney Rewards) and went to the PO to pick it up and they couldn't find it. Next day the doorbell rang and the driver delivered it to me by hand.

Haha! I suggested the banana idea in another thread to confirm the Series 3 2" figures. I see it's catching on

Got these toys from another user on the SS collectibles site - they are REALLY REALLY cool! The craftsmanship of the pullback is pretty amazing. The Recogniser is so much nicer than the US one. It's bigger than the US and seems better made as well.

All of you who are ordering will not be disappointed.

A UK compatriat of mine just snagged a recognizer and pullback for me!
(He said the pullback was the last one.)

I am. Not with the toys themselves, but how they were treated in transit. My Recogniser isn't broken, but the box was destroyed on arrival. The Pull Back Light Cycle is broken and it is highly unlikely that I will receive any compensation for the damages, either. So pardon me if I'm not dancing in the streets with the rest of you. $175 down the toilet.

All of you that got them with no issues, I envy you.

I think JediTray had the same problem. Hmmmm...
