Posts: 29 | New post count for posting pics?

When did they change the post count for posting pics? I cannot post anyhting new now, but back in Jan I posted them. Whats the deal? If anyhting changed I didn't know. I have been in Vegas for the last 1.5 weeks.

It went up about a month Ago, actually. We were getting frequent hits from a spammer, so they're only allowing people with 20+ posts to post pictures and people below that are subject to only 5 posts an hour.
