I actually found it on the Official TRON: Legacy iPhone app. I just extracted it from the ipa file.

This has been elsewhere in the forums, but I'll put it here just for convenience's sake; The track is a stripped-down version of a tune called "Am I Not Human?" by a band called Two Steps From Hell. As far as I can tell, they do mostly video game soundtracks. They have a ton of tracks on Youtube, but the only version they have of Am I Not Human is a much more orchestrated, energetic sound. I recommend you check it out.
