In a way I've always wondered what it would be like if they remade T82. Not a total remake-- keep the same script and events and all-- but just update the effects, essentially.

Of course we wouldn't like it-- nostalgia goes a long way, and a replacement is never the same as the original that has had so much meaning to you for so long [I feel the same way about people who "upgrade" their wedding rings after so many years when they have the coin to get nicer ones-- I couldn't fathom not sticking with the one I had originally... but then, I'm a sentimental fool]). But it would be interesting just to see how it would change.
