This particular demo was running in real time on a PC. Console versions have not yet been confirmed, but I would assume by looking at this that it won't come to any current generation consoles.
I personally think it looks amazing. Hopefully they don't tone down the graphics in favor of squeezing it into the 360 and PS3. The gameplay doesn't seem too unique, though. I'm hoping to see more details on this sometime soon.
