Will Kevin Flynn ride a Reco in Tron 3 ?

Well Flynn was flying in a Reco in Tron.
So why wouldn't he be able to ride on in Tron 3?
Also wouldn't it be great if he took a tank...
then went to battle against some Recos...
Space Paranoids style???
