Another unreleased figure

I heard rumors that there was another unreleased Tron: Legacy figure that was a battle damaged Black Guard. Is it true?

Yes. The Disney Store put up images of the "unreleased" series 3 figures which were to include a redeemed Tron figure (repainted Rinzler), battle damaged Black Guard, and what appeared to be an updated Sam with blue visor, like the original prototype. These were confirmed by Paul (Wheat King) as planned figures but never made it into production due to the line being cancelled. Sad...
