All Star Trek fans (including me) are mourning Leonard Nimoy, who died on Friday at age 83.

Heard about this last night, and it is a shame. 
I remember when Deforest Kelley died a few years ago one newspaper reporter saying "The sad problem with icons like this is that we think they'll live forever".

I heard about it at lunch time the other day.
It's really sad because one of my dreams was meeting him and other cast members from Trek.
