Tron Reference photos

on Sunday, February, 06, 2005 7:52 PM
Was going through some photos on my laptop and ran into a few photos I meant to show to you ealier Dave. That last trip in Californa, I went by a Barnes an Noble store and did some browsing. Had my camera with me, the one that looked held together by tape if you remember heh, and just took some shots of the books and the references they had. Didn't know if you had seen them before.

Hey... That concept photo from the "Disney Visual Guide" looks pretty cool. I dug out my copy of "The Art Of Tron" and couldn't find it in there. Does it show up on the DVD? I can't remember.................

We have Disney: A Visual Guide in one of our local libraries. I always see it everytime I go there. I might get it out if anyone's interested in a scan.

It would be nice if they could release the tron book that they had made when Tron came out way back in 1982 there. And even the novel. Mine went belly up after reading it too many times. I had tried chapters indigo up here. But they are not making any reprints of it. I thought they might have over time if there was still a dmeand for even the novel of the Movie Tron.

To compute or not to compute that is the question at hand. Tis nobler to compile in C++ or in TASM.

Yeah! I guess you're talking about that painting, which I think is supposed to be a concept of the MCP. I don't remember seeing that on the DVD, either. Very cool.
