I really enjoyed that. The music has a sound and mood that worked well with the whole TRON look and feel. I dig the way you have the TRON audio samples in there and worked the video footage around it all. Very nice work. I was sitting here grinning ear to ear while enjoying it!

I hope more people chime in on it. I'm surprised more haven't all ready. Perhaps it's just a slow microcycle here at The Sector. It happens.

I can tell a lot of work went in to that. I know all too well the time it consumes to put together a good video work - from gathering the footage and planning it all out, to the numerous hours spend editing it all together. Then there's the watching it over and over and over and over and over and tweaking this and that along the way, and then watching it over and over and over and over, etc.

Again - great job on that. Thanks for sharing.

Hi Toraylin, nice video! you hold the record for the most Tron sequences produced with music. You have an interesting pov. very unique. That's a busy video!

Thanks, I used (prepare to lawl), Windows Movie Maker XP. Spent about 2 hours working on the actual video, spent about an hour getting all the clips from a digital camera. Out of all of my videos, that one is my favorite.

Also, if you've seen the Half Life Full Life Consequences videos, I'm working on a 3rd one. I'm just waiting until I get the Orange Box (thus allowing me to use Garrys Mod 9) to make the video. Unfortunately, that probably won't be until after I get Guitar Hero World Tour, so I'm currently looking for an alternative. I absolutely agree, there are so many interpretations that show patronage true to the artforms computers/ CPU science has influenced, it's unrealistic to neglect the renissance of this audio/visual landscape of the concience of those who withdraw because the everyday thing is enough, everyone is welcome to their opinion.

Here's my most recent video that I used as a eyecandy peice. (actually both here..)I made it to show some scenery in Tron 2.0 multiplayer, and TR2N footage taken from comicon 2008.
I added music at the middle of the video, hehe... and bad sound to record the multiplayer. like I said, I'm not ashamed... I made this too quickly.. It was to ask for ideas at the time from friends, to see what they'd like to hear/see. and show that I like Tron 2.0 multiplayer.

I also have a old vid. I compressed it way too much, I didn't learn about using compression correctly then, so it looks horrible.. hehe.. I didn't ask for the use of the music, but if you can make it to the end, you'll like that part. hehe. This one is sentimental, and I should have made it HD, but my HDD failed and I was left with this version.

Actually, that sound you are hearing in the lightcycle sequence is a custom made map by Layer callled Tron Lightcycle.(included in the LC map packs) Layer recreated the lightcycle scene from the film.

Spectators can trigger objects in Sarks carrier changing the gameplay. But the best part is that he made special effects that simulate a warrior of the grid crashing through the wall, and whoever gets through the wall to the end wins the match. A recognizer drops down over the crack in the wall keeping the other players on the grid.

That's cool. I just rebuilt my PC, If I choose to make or mix music in the future, I'd like to use that and/or Fruityloops.
The video editing software I'm using is Pinnacle 12+. I can make videos and overlay clips with ease. I am a musician at heart too, but never devote enough time to it.. perhaps sometime soon.
