That is very odd. I google searched it and found absolutely nothing on the topic. The TRON 2.0 3D cellphone game came up though.

Apparently, it's lightcycles, but in real space with GPS tracking. EPIC.

I think they mean the TR2N Trailer. I mean, wasn't that recorded with a cell phone?

Yeah, it's quite possible. But I thought I'd mention it anyway, just in case there was something to it.
Seems odd, though, that someone could confuse the word "commercial" with "trailer".

Well, I just searched "tron cell phone commercial" and found this site and i was looking for a cell phone.
i recently saw a commercial that had two blue lightcycles making a pattern and it ended up being the pattern on the cell.
