This is sad news. Artist Peter Lloyd who worked on TRON and created some fabulous artwork for the pre-production stages of the film has died.
I do not have any other details. All I know is that his wife announced he had passed on a site where we are both connected, and it appears to have been early this morning.
Another loss from the TRON world. Farewell Mr. Lloyd.

I send my deepest sympathies. Her loss is very close to home indeed. I hope she's feeling ok.

Oh wow... very sad news  I hope he got to see a lot more of Tron Legacy than we all have, to see where his ingenuity helped take Tron. Wish he could've seen the final product...
