Recently watched GI Joe: Rise of Cobra, yes pity me. It was a difficult film to chug down.
Complete Tron Derez sound effect used for implosion sound effect for Cobra's *takes a breath* Comically-over-sized-underwater-facility-acme-pulse-cannon-of-ultra-flashy-cgi-destructoness. *wheeze*
And now you know, and knowing truly is half the battle after watching this movie. GAH!
With all the underwater stuff they throw at the camera leaves me with a serious yearning form some Seaview and Atomic Flying Sub action from Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea.

Am I the only person who LOVED that film? I'm not being ironic, I'm an educated, married, occasionally sophisticated 30+ guy but I thought it was great.
Off to get my copy and watch it all under the pretence of checking for that noise...

The movie was fun, just as it should have been. Let's not forget that it's based on a Hasbro TOOOOYYYYY!!
