Well, I knew this was going to happen with T:L, any chance of searching the web for classic Tron stuff being bogged down with a million and one links to Legacy, so I'm hoping someone already has some links for this.
I need to gear up to making some replica costumes from the original film and have no idea where to start. Can anyone help me?

Are you using Google image search to look for pictures, or looking for tutorials, or what?
With image search I usually just have it exclude the word "legacy," of course. Bit more sticky if you're actually doing a webpage search though, as you might omit pages that, logically, also mention the new movie.
I'll keep my eye out while I'm surfing around, though.
What do you want? I'm busy.
Program, please!
Chaos.... good news. |

You might try hockey gear. For example, Cooper SK2000 hockey helmet for a helmet, that have Part# RSP2000 on them. But Yori only wore a helmet in one or two scenes. So if you're looking for a Yori soft cap, I'm not sure what she used. I thought she looked cute with the helmet on.

I don't know what the rest of the costumes are... But maybe hockey-related, too?

I'm getting out of here right now, and you guys are invited. -----^ |

Ironically I knew about the helmet and almost bid on one a few weeks ago. Then I decided against it though as money is tight right now and what I need most are TRON's gauntlets (because I'm doing an FPS and the hands that hold the guns get more screen time than ANYTHING else, so I want to be sure these are perfect). I'm pretty sure they're just cut foam but I can't find detailed photos of the circuitry from all angles (I've seen planet hollywood pics but those only show one side), but I'm sure there's someone out there who has seen them and knows what they look like.

Pretty much everything. Though as for detailed searches, I even did a site search on the sector for costume links, and I know there have been quite a few, but almost nothing came up.

Soccer shin guards were used for the arms so maybe that helps . . .
Oh and Dance Belts!
