It looks cool but this is just EL wire that can be purchased at a variety of online vendors. The costumers of Tron Legacy used an updated version of EL sheet for the glowing panels on the costumes.

Thanks for the input. I'll look it up. I'd like to make a jacket for when I see the movie but I also want it to be practical enough to actually ware anywhere. Cool stuff.
