I can honestly say that I'd love to go. I don't really know anybody here, but it'd be a treat to get to know all of you. Unfortunately, the whole living in TN and no car thing sort of sets priorities. It is a good idea though, and I'd love to see it happen even if I couldn't be there myself. Hello users, I'm new around this website. I just read about all this talk of a TronCon, and it seems like it's going to be held in early July in Los Angeles, right? I live in Arizona so that's about a 5 to 6 hour drive for me (and definitely something I could do on a weekend). Could any of you please give me more details about the TronCon? ... I think that the TRONCON should go on a tour around major cities in North America. It could help determine what areas are most interested in the movie and game sequels.

Old Tron roms running on pcs with big old arcade styley wooden cases!
(This is surprisingly cheap and easy to do)
If people can get pcs there we should try and get some network games of Tron 2.0 theres.
Get in contact with Linsburger (sp) and disney, see if they cant contribute some kinda 'History or Tron' exhibit, like with all the old concept art and such.
Fan made tron costume competition.
Oh and dont forget plenty of BEER!

Beer would be a good thing.
LA is a tough place to hold a convention because really, who wants to visit LA.
Hold it in Vegas, where all good conventions migrate. Plus cheap air fares and hotels (subsidized by the Casinos) make it more reasonable for even folks who don't live in driving distance.

Well they could do the Toronto and Quebec provinces up here. Since La And Las Vegas is kind of far off for me. It would be interesting to see here Especially in Montreal. Since that is one of the major cities that I can get into without a problem. If it was Quebec City it would be a fair travel from where I am situated in. Montreal is more preferred if it was possible for the Tron COn.
