I've been thinking about making Tron plushies. I've been working on a pattern for a 8-bit video game character (Gorf. You can see him in my little gif in my signature... sort of.)
If I ever get the around to try to make some plushies, it should be interesting to use lots of grey-shaded fabric and glow-in dark paint!

Would be a neat idea to do. You never know you might make a business out of it as well if it works for TROn. Then you can move it towards other related movies.

Chibi, chibi, chibi! A Chibi Plush Tron would be awsome!
Of course there's all kinds of plush styles to go by.
He he he, to add to the cuteness get those squeek devices to put in em!
Keep us posted if you do anything though. This would be cool to see.

Did a test plushie of GORF. Still not done.
Not quite happy with how it turned out. 
(It's only green because I had no red or yellow.)
The right eye goofed up because I smashed it in the scanner.   I'm so abusive towards GORF. (Now Nikster can say that it's truly FROG! )

I love the old arcade games...I wish they'd re-issue more of them, like Namco and Midway have done. When I get my own comp again I wanna get MAME

I remember seeing that somewhere out on the internet about making a mame machine with a PC and getting them. I think there are a few places where you can get the parts for the actual framing of a arcade casing and the what nots and putting one together. One thing that usually concersn me is that you need enough air circulation in those. especially if your putting a computer inside. You need the change the heat and all that out of the unit. One thing that would look kewel on those would be a magnifing glass to enlarge the actual screen to make it bigger. Or to get a casing like from Trio-tech where you can prject the screen large enough to play the game. Here is their web site to see what I mean.
