Where's the level editor?

I thought it was to be included in the game. I can't find a reference to it anywhere.

The level editor will be released shortly, hopefully within the next couple of weeks. Sorry for the delay and thanks for your patience.

How simple would you say the character modeller is? Would a newbie like me be able to handle it?
(Actually the question is, who here would be willing to make a Scuzzy model for me!
)
