I'm so proud!

on Tuesday, October, 21, 2003 1:40 PM
I was busy working on my computer further working on my Tron side art one afternoon lately and my 22 month old daughter walked up to me, looked at the monitor, saw the logo, pointed and said...

"Twon."

I'm so proud!

I put on Tron one time when she was half watching and she loved looking at it. All the colors and images were so interesting to her.

To compute or not to compute that is the question at hand. Tis nobler to compile in C++ or in TASM.

Utter cuteness! Your daughter needs a stuffed Tron doll to carry around the house now.

Any idea if she likes Blue or Red? You know you can't go wrong with blue. *quickly hides from Trace*

Before, you know she'll be on the sector!!!!

Rincewind thought about this and then, with an air of finality, started to take off his last sock.
"No half-bricks," he said to no-one in particular. "Have to use sand?"
"You're going to attack them with a sockful of sand?"
"No, I'm going to run away from them. The sockful of sand is for when they follow.

She does get excited when I fire up the arcade game. I barely ever do it so it's special to her too. She pushes up a stool so she can reach the controls.

I think it's great she'll have great burned-in memories of this game like I do, but from even younger to her.

That cute little rascal!

...oh, and she does like red better, Sketch. She says EVERYTHING is red.

She'll point at all her multi-colored blocks and say "wed, wed, wed..."

"No, sweetie, that one is blue."

"Wed."

"Okay."

Sark has twisted her already.
