Ok, so some may have played this before by another name (Monkey's paw) but the rules are simple: someone posts a wish, then another person corrupts it and makes their own, then someone else does that same, and so on.
example:
Me:I wish a had a million dollars.
Somebody else: you get it but it's paper money! I wish for a cow.
Someone else: you get a cow but it's sick. I wish for world peace.
...and so on. you cannot post right after yourself (don't corrupt your own wish) but other wise you can post all you want. ok, so I'll make the first wish and we can get going!
I wish for a flashlight.

you get the ability so stop and start time, but you didn't know if you'd be affected.[unfortunately, you are affected] so after you stop time, you will never be able to start it again. so you are stuck for all eternity.
