The whole idea was that it is the production photo they worked from, but a second avatar with Sketch magic could be good too.
I am actually working on a version cobining that shot with my avatar I am using now.

We have a lot of great icons and avatars here. They are all great, but frankly that one stands out above all others to me personally. I don't mean to say the others are not good, far from it.
