Alright, programs- In light of the soon-to-come-out Star Wars:Episode III, I would like to anounce a series of questions to detirmine who is creepier- Thorne or Darth Vader. First question: Who looks creepier? Post your vote here and I'll tally them up and post the results.

Sorry. Vader all the way. I remember seeing Return Of The Jedi in the theaters and there was the scene where Luke and Vader are together in that hallway talking about how there might be some good left in him. I remember being creeped out with Luke's proximity to him. Not because of his looks, but because of the aura of pure evil and danger that he projected.

It's sorta depends. Here's what I think:
Thorne vs. Vader (With the helmet on)
WINNER: Thorne
WHY: Because Thorne just looked all out creepy. My user! He had no pupals in those eyes. NO PUPALS! He looked like he was falling apart at the seams and seemed more like a digitized zombie-king. When I saw him for the first time, I thought he was quite creepy! My sis also finds him creepy looking too. Vader on the other hand was no Zombie.... or at least not without that stupid helmet on. I more thought around the lines of "Masked serial Killer" when I saw Vader (may not be acurate, but that's what I pretty much thought.) So nothing beats the sight of digitized zombies in this round.
Thorne vs. Vader (Without helmet)
WINNER: Vader
WHY: He has a face only a mother can love. Personally.... he should have kept the helmet on....

Darth Vader...
I walked into Burger king the other day...there was a Darth Vader cut out standing behind me...there was a voice box on it, making it do the breathing-sounds like Vader...the only thought going through my head was...
"Please don't say it..."
If it would have said, "Luke, I am your father..."
I would have turned around and started argueing with a cardboard cut out...

PB's opinion: thorne is creepy, vader is scary
reason: Thorne looks the part, i do consider him as a sort of zombie king [just as i consider z-lots a sort of cyber-zombie]and because he's covered in cracks and is falling apart, i think i have all the more reason to think that
Vader on the other hand, is scary, he looks scary [with the helmet] acts scary and even his breathing is scary. HOWEVER [looking back on the end of return of the jedi] without his mask, he's just an old bald man in a plastic suit.

Creepiness is more than how you look though. It's also the aura you give off. Thorne was wierd looking but didn't have all that much of a menacing feel to him. Vader gave me the creeps though. Twisted and pure evil.
Think about Norman Bates. HE was creepy.

Thorne's body is made up of eerie green glowing rotting floating pieces and has a green cloak. That's creepy.
Vader is a seven foot tall cyborg encased head to toe in shiny black armor complete with black cape, has a wicked-sounding breathing aparatus, a mean baratone voice and carries an evil red lightsaber. That's scary.
Thorne can infect you with corruption and turn you into one of his thralls. That's creepy.
Vader can slice you to ribbons with his lightsaber. He can use his cyborg strength to beat you to a pulp. He can use the force to throw really heavy things at you. He can use the force to choke you to death over long distances. He can use the force to read your thoughts. He is one of the best if not the best starfighter pilot in the galaxy and could easily send you down in flames. That's scary.

Yeah... you're right about that, but well. My vote should be Hal, really. (Red light... argh...)
...but I went with MCP because we're on the subject of Tron, are we not?
(And that I do have a phobia of the color red when associated with lights due to the brilliant idea of using red lights as tornado/fire alert. Psychologically conditioned me to assume that bad things happen when a red light is on.)

Thorne's backstory was a little more sympathetic. SPOILER: I felt very sorry for him in the end when he had to derez. it sorta reminds me of the third episode of Bleach when the brother had to die.
Vader's back story leads me to have absolutely NO sympathy what so ever!

WINNER: Noone!
WHY: Thorne's back story had you a little more sympathetic. Matter of fact, I felt kinda sad when he was derezzed. Vader however, i just think he's a stupid idiot and when I think of his back story I pretty much say 'Wow.... he's an angsty idiot!" So I more see it as a source of stupidity. So no one wins.
