i could be wrong here, but i think i'm not:
near the beginning of the movie Dillinger walks into his office and there is a man standing there. Dillinger dismisses him by saying, "Thank you Peter, that will be all."
i guess i just kind of assumed Peter was Dillingers assistant. but wait, it gets interesting.
Sark's right hand man - he does have one if you watch - is played by the same actor as Peter (i believe) and as i understand it, all programs look like their creator, so Peter has to be a programer.
so maybe there is more to Peter... i'm thinking Peter is Dillingers pupil. being raised in his evil ways...
so now i want to play through tron 2.0 and see if the name comes up anywhere, i recall an Email from Flynn saying he was leaving the company with someone who's name i don't remember... asside from that name never ringging any bells and it seemed from the refrence it was something that should have.
or maybe i'm wrong about the actor, and all this was actualy not relivent at all.abortion pills online http://www.kvicksundscupen.se/template/default.aspx?abortion-questions cytotec abortion

Well, that's a VERY good point.
SARK looked like Dillinger, except Dillinger supposedly wrote the MCP. The MCP balks that Dillinger wrote him though saying "No one user wrote me" so maybe SARK is the offshoot of Dillinger’s part in his programming. Maybe Peter is also an offshoot of that programming?
Peter could very well have been a programmer. Someone used and manipulated by Dillinger.

Yep, I always found it interesting that Dillinger's assistant Peter looked like the "Null Unit".
As for who took over Encom when Walter Gibbs retired . . . it's not Peter. But it makes me wonder about something else.
Highlight to reveal Spoilers:
In the story of Tron 2.0, Walter's son took over Encom when he retired. Then fCon came along and did a hostile takeover.
So now that this point has been brought up, it makes you wonder if maybe Dillinger's assistant Peter is somehow invloved with fCon. Could he be the mysterious CEO?
I personally doubt it, but it's food for thought.

Hey, all this spoiler talk reminds me that DaveTRON was involved with the production of Tron 2.0. Surely he knows where they are going to go (or where they were going to go) with the story. No?
At any rate. Yes, for whatever reason it didn't really hit me that Peter was Sark's side-kick until the last viewing I had. A friend pointed it out.

I'm getting out of here right now, and you guys are invited. -----^ |

In the closing credits he's listed as "Peter/Sark's Lieutenant".

Has it occured to anyone that Dillinger simply wrote more than one program in the history of his life?

i thought Walter started the MCP program... as a chess program in his garadge. hence Flynn, "Remember all the time we spent playing chess togeather?" it then went on to be modified by many other programmers.
in the scene where tron destroys the MCP *if this is a spoiler, i feel sorry for you* you do see a verry old man in what looks like a stone carved throne type thinggy, his face quickly fades away as he is derezed. he's even using some mechanical computing device that is sitting in his lap... i have No idea who that is suposed to be... but i do believe it to be the true representation of the MCP, sort of his Core.where to buy abortion pill ordering abortion pills to be shipped to house buy abortion pill online

Well, it's Dillinger that says "Encom's not the company you start in your garage anymore...", but I dont know if he means "you" or the collective "you".
Walter says "I wish I were back in that garage..." and "I remember when the MCP was just a chess program. He started small and he'll end small..." but I dont know if that means that Walter started it. But maybe he did, I dunno. Encom was much more than just the MCP.
At one point Dillinger says "I programmed you to want too much.." So Dillinger had some hand in writing the MCP, right?
