Guess the Spoof

O.K. here's how it goes. I drew up a Tron picture the other day that spoofs something else. If you can tell me what that something is, you get a sweet prize.

Sure.
That thing on the programs face, it's the program aquivilant of a gas mask.
Also, that caption under the picture is what the program is saying.

Actually, it's a T.V. show. And this particular episode is fairly recent, but the show itself...
well, let's just say it wasn't "colorful" when it first started.

Oh, and the episode isn't really that recent - it was first broadcast here in the UK over a year ago.
