I have a feeling these are all places with arcades... And maybe they have more of those Space Paranoids machines like they had at Flynn's Arcade at Comic-Con? And you have to get a code from those? That's how it worked down there... All of the 3 places listed so far are all places with arcades, right? And it says to "find a gamer" I think that means arcade.

I tried calling florida, they gave the girl there the password and she couldnt give it out over the phone. You have to be there in person.
