Found out the person is Agent Missselector. Said so on a Flynn Lives Facebook update.

I am soooooo happy I'm on vacation for this. I am sad, however, that Vancouver isn't part of this. I even know where they'd do it if it was being done.

So it sounds like the guys give whoever a pack of old school TOPPS cards that they then have to register.

The thing is - as soon as you take an ARG into the real world, you've got winners and losers - major losers, because there are people like me who, even if London turns up now, and I leave now, will not get there in time because there's someone set up and watching this from London itself...
Still, hopefully the next stage will be something we can all participate in, and the watching of the thing and the eagerness to see what is revealed is still fun.
