The blueprints appear to be some sort of arcology (not ARCHAEOLOGY, mind you) project that Jordan was working on. Arcologies are self-contained, self-reliant communities that rely on zero-to-minimal interaction with the outside world. Walt Disney's original Epcot concept, for example, would have been an arcology.
Also, note the name of the architecture firm..."Hydecker". For those keeping up with Unfiction, I've been looking at the blueprints a lot too. Dunno if this means anything. Probably not, since there can be a lot of dead ends once desperation sets in. But, the roof drawing, there seem to be circuit engravings there very similar to the deco on the front of the building. I see no logical reason for them to be there, unless they're actual electrical conduits, but if so, their layout seems terribly inefficient, and I wouldn't expect those to be shown there anyhow since its not an electrical schematic.

just got a phone call from the wife. Just had a long triangle shaped box delivered. (YESSS) so I finished on the 23 of OCT at around 12 30 am so if anybody finished before me you should be good to go

I finished on the 25th. 
I was away from the internet for a few days and totally missed v.2 when it was released. I'm a bit bummed, as I don't think that'll give me a poster.

Woot! Woot! got my poster in the mail today, im number 471, ive also recieved 2 sets of pins prior to this two face off pins, one punch out and one guard, all i need is the lightcycle pin. why i got two sets of pins i dunno but maybe its was a glitch and ill get a seond poster too
btw since ive not seen it mentioned here. unlocking the last code that reveals the video of flynn and family gives you a badge on your flynnlives.com account

It has been reported, but not confirmed that one person got a poster numbered in the 900's and they completed AACV2 on 10/23 around 2-3 pm pst

Ooh, I finished Oct. 22. Looks like I should be getting one!
Edit: Got one in the 400s. Sweet! Got one in the 70s (of 700) for the End of Line Club poster from San Diego. Santa Tron is being good to me this year. Pins? Got the guard and Punch Out. I wanted a light cycle  ... but at least 1 of 2 were Tron-related so can't complain
