Have you seen any Tron cameos/references in movies or Tv shows and such?
In Foster's Home of imaginary friends, the Halloween Special, an Owl Imaginary friend is dressed up as Tron
and in the movie Hocus Pocus a man is dressed up as Tron in the background.
I need to see these again to tell you a specific Scene but thankfully it's October so I should be able to let you know soon. <3

there's a scene in the venture Bros. (the scene where phantom limb attacks the monarch's cocoon during his wedding) where a bunch of super villains quickly escape in all of their various vehicles. My website Tron Wiki is trying to keep up with all the cameos and pop culture references so if you can add more details or images to Tron Wiki, I would appreciate it.

Hugh, lingering TRON cameo in Race to Witch Mtn. Vegas scene. The camera lingers on a convention attendee for 10 seconds. Anyone get a screen shot?

The guy in the TRON suit in the Witch Mountain film is Brigham Taylor, the Disney Exec who shephered TRON through in 1981/82 and is involved in Legacy as well.

I was hoping to avoid seeing that movie as it looked absolutely ridiculous from the trailers.
But seeing that shot, I would be willing to rent it, just to see what's going on in that scene. I liked Race To Witch Mountian.
It was an above average film. I give it a solid 8 out of 10, or 3 stars out of 5.

I enjoyed the movie as well. I have always been a fan of the Witch Mtn. movies, and loved the original stars cameos (even the Winnabago)! I was also impressed by the special effects. I own the DVD, and am dismayed by the lack of extras. This seems to be the trend, to omit extras from the DVD, but include them on the Blue Ray version. I hope they don't do that with TRON Legacy when it is released. I'm already pissed off that the tie in game won't be for the PS2!
