I've been trying to find this for ages. I used to have an off-air recording but I can't find my old stash of Betamax tapes.
It's a 1986 episode of the old Channel 4 documentary series Equinox, titled "The New Magicians". There's some footage from Tron in there, along with an interview with Harrison Ellenshaw.
