Got mine today, Leander, TX; suburb of Austin, TX.
Looks like the picture above. 4x6 manila bubble mailer, badge, lanyard and note. Nothing else. Auto postage from stamps.com. Odd thing, the return address was San Diego, CA 92101. On the auto-postage the zip is 91105, Pasadena, CA
Address label appears to have been just printed on paper and taped to the envelope. They even put "United States" at the bottom of the address. Wouldn't expect that since it was coming from within the US.

Sometime they`ll put that in incase it goes outside of the US at times.`There are a few other ts guys and gals that are outside of the US over here. That are living in other countries that usually put in their Contry in the address as well. to make sure that it is clarified for that. I usually do that myself as well when sending out anything to anyone.
kia - do not feel so bad I have not received mine yet as well over here iether. It will come soon. Just give it time. I am waiting as anxious as well.

The bits were only sent out to random people who attended the Flynn Lives "Arcade" event. The people at that event were given a form in which they could provide their mailing address.
