The idea of having some exclusive figure in different region is nice but please make a full list of what they release and where they are available, so that i can follow it.

The series 2 never available in Hong Kong here so i guess i dont have that luck to buy this.

Well, I don't know what's going on at Walmart. As I reported earlier, a lot of (all?) the Charlotte area stores still have merchandise and it's all still regularly priced ($10 4", $15 8", $4 diecast) except for the Clu cycles which were clearanced at $13.

I hit some more area Walmarts tonight and found two stores with Clu cycles that were not clearanced, one store had about 8 of them. All the other stuff was regular priced. Another store north of Charlotte had ZERO Tron merch except for the printed shirt. And all the SC Walmarts I have been to seem to be wiped out of 8" and 4" figures, suggesting a clearance on those. However, at a couple I found straggler characters that are still marked full price, so I'm not sure if the clearance was for a limited time (doesn't make sense.)

But the strangest find was finding S2 diecasts and S2 4" figures at another local Walmart. Grabbed the extra Quorra and Jarvis, and was really happy to get the 1-man and 3-men lightjets as well as the grid limo in diecast. I really did not expect to see S2 stuff hitting Walmart with so many of them doing area clearance.

So I guess, keep checking your Walmarts.

Man, don't even get me started on Walmarts. I have 4 of them within 1/2 hour driving distance. I have a really new store...zero Tron items.

Another store which has been open for a couple years now...zero Tron items.

Last store...older, but refurbed...some of the white lightcycles (full size), some Sam lightcycles, and a few Series 2 diecast...plus a small assortment of figures. Pathetic. NOTHING on clearance.

Why the _ _ _ _ would they clearance the Clu lightcycle...a Walmart exclusive, and possibly the best selling out of the stock they have?? This makes NO sense to me.

God forbid Walmart gets any more 'exclusive' Tron items in the future. I'll be SO PO'ed....

On a different note, I ordered a couple one man lightjets and a grid limo (both diecast) from Disneystore.com because they looked different than what I already have. What I received...was what I already have! I told the CS lady on the phone that the pictures looked different. Her response: "yeah, we've been having aLOT of problems with the Tron stuff lately...". ROFL. So...they keep the pictures up on the website...more people order them...ends up costing Disney MORE money on returns...leaves me totally confused. Is their site run by toddlers or something??!!! Ridiculous.

My Walmart had series 1 toys at clearance prices + 50% off. I got myself 3 of the 7 inch figures and Kevin Flynn's Lightcycle for 25$. Kinda disappointed that they didn't have the CLU Lightcycles but at least i got a good deal.

I bought all of them for 25$. The Kevin Flynn Cycle cost me 5.50$.

Both Boba Fettuccini and isomorphick say that there is a Core Vehicle: Deluxe Three Man Light Jet. I have never seen this -- where can I get one? I searched eBay and only the die-cast version shows up.
^Finally found it in this thread on pages I missed.

I am having an impossible time trying to get a Kevin Flynn ID disc and the Tron Arcade Action Set. All the Targets have the Sam discs price check with "In Stockroom: No". I was able to get two Rinzler ID discs. But I could only find one throwable Rinzler disc (between two K-marts).

Thought I'd post this here too since not everyone visits the Collector area:

I got this today through a trade with someone in the UK. It's such a shame this hasn't made it here (nor does it seem likely it will according to the Disney Store US) as it's one of the best Tron toys I've gotten. I wish I could get the big Light Cycle that's being discussed in another thread too.

For one thing, it is IMMENSE. It really puts the Spinmaster one to shame (and I am quite pleased with the Spinmaster line overall, but I didn't get the Reco case as I though it looked ugly.) The shape seems accurate and it feels really nice, thick, and solid. One slight oddity, it lights up and makes sounds (very cool) but it only does so on the screw-hole laden side. The other side is just painted on. This is because on this side there are a ton of panels that open up to hold the many plastic vehicles it comes with. The handle is hidden in the top of the Reco. Another bonus!


The vehicles are pretty nice. Not quite as nice as the diecast Spinmaster vehicles, but cool. Also a fun little bonus, as you know doubt have heard - Light Tanks! I took some close-ups of those as they are really nicely detailed.

much worse is that we don't even know where is the "exclusive" supposed to be? They should make out a list putting all theuir figure together and mention which one is exclusive to which region and where you can find it.

Wow, awesome! I can't wait to see how it'll turn out. I hope it actually fits three figures and is properly sized.
