And despite the incredible similarity of our names, I am NOT pilot.recognizer. I know this has caused immense heartache, anguish and utter confusion and hate mail, but he and I are not the same. At all. Not even a little bit. Even though we have very, very similar names.

In a way, yes. He was acting inappropriately and being overall annoying everywhere possible. He was banned after a few weeks and started sending constant barrages of emails to admins begging them to unban him. So he was given a second chance, and kept doing all the stuff that got him banned in the first place. As such, he got banned again. He started filling the admins' email inboxes with more and more messages begging them to unban him, created petitions, made alternate accounts (like this one), which he used to rally his unbanning, and even started adding some of us on Facebook so he could try and rally up some actual people to unban him. Eventually, he somehow rallied up a small group of people from 4chan to attack this site with shock images. It started out with a few PMs to random users containing pornographic images with glowing lines on them. This was followed by several large postings of shock images on random threads and open threats to the site, the site staff, and several members.

I guess he thought if he did that, he would be unbanned.
