were we to enter the digital world, as Flynn did,
what kind of USER would we be?

I thought about this - as a master programmer outside,
Flynn was able to "alter reality" in that world, where code was life.
Would other types of person manifest different abilities?

Surprisingly, Sam Flynn does not do much with "user power",
(except being instantly good at racing light cycles!)
although it's shown earlier that he is also a gifted programmer like his father.
(though perhaps the "disc battle escape" was an example?)

I'd like to be a compiler, the program that takes code written by users in whichever development language they're writing and turns it into machine code.

Oh probably something perceived as relatively boring but critical to the grid's existence, like fault reporting and tracing program. Something that gives me an excuse to be anywhere I want no questions asked.... something like what I have now I guess..
